A genuine leader is not a seeker of consensus but a moulder of consensus...

Leadership they say is influence,nothing more nothing less...he who maps out the course is the leader rather than he who stirs the ship..a genuine leader does nt seek to undermine his followers to become one instead he garners opinion from his followers to make him one...he who claims he lead without followers is merely taking a walk...he does nt seek to make people understand his opinions but seeks to understand theirs....he is not a seeker ...but a moulder...

We can't help but wonder,how much difference one person makes in the world.We look inside ourselves questioning if we have the capacity of heroism and greatness,but the truth is every time we take an action, we make an impact, every single thing we do has an effect on the people around us every choice we make sends ripples out into the world. Our smallest acts of kindness can cause a chain reaction of unforeseen benefits for people we've never met. We might not witness those results,but they happen all the same.

ACT RIGHT

Actions have consequence and only actions can redeem...Every decision taken,every word spoken,have rippling effect on the script of ur life...the actors u chose for the subplot..from the stage design to the tone and the climax..all depends on the playwriter ..YOU!!! Every action no matter how minute it seems,have major consequences on the story line,life brings us second chances,but only if we act on them,meaning the same actions that shape your life now,can reshape it and you can have a better and desired output...simple put..new decisions,new kinda words and new role players can change the climax of you life's movie...all is not lost...JUST ACT RIGHT..

Everything comes to us that belongs to us if we create the capacity to receive it.

I have a dream,I have hope,I need favour,I think big,I wanna be great..I wanna achevie greatness,basically I wanna be all that I can be.

Where am I right now?what am I doing presently to be all that I can be? Am I with the right mindset?the right people?the right friends?am I reading the right books?attending the right seminar?basically  am I ready?...opportunity they say comes to those that are prepared..AM I PREPARED?
